What does my order status mean?

You will be sent automated emails once your order status has been changed. Do ensure that you have provided us with the correct email when checking out to get these updates.

Awaiting Fulfilment - Your payment has been confirmed and your order is being processed. It is awaiting fulfilment from our packers.

Awaiting Shipment - Your order has been packed and is awaiting our packers to bring it to the post office.

Shipped - Your order has been mailed out and will reach you according to the number of days stated on our Shipping Page.

Pending - One or more items in your order is awaiting the arrival of the preorder. The entire order will only be shipped when all items are instock.

Partially Shipped - One or more items in your order has been sent to you first. The remaining will be sent to you once your items arrive.

Awaiting Payment - We are pending your payment via Bank Transfer and to fill up our iBank Transfer form.

 

Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?

No, you may just checkout as a guest. However, it is highly recommended to register with us for a faster checkout in future and to track the status of your order.

 

I have a coupon (voucher) code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

Simply key in the coupon code at the field Coupon Code and click “GO” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding on to check out. Do note that coupon codes are not gift certificates.

 

Can I amend my order?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately you can't cancel the order once payment has been confirmed. 

 

If your order or item received is incorrect or faulty

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect or faulty orders and items straightaway.

Please contact our Customer Care team here with:

  • The order number
  • The incorrect or faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the incorrect or faulty item
  • Any images, if necessary

We'll get back to you within as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

 

 

Why is my preorder here yet?

If your order contains items that are on Preorder (i.e. we do not have the item on hand at our warehouse but are taking advanced orders), we will send the whole order once they arrive at our warehouse.

Please refer to the Order Confirmation email which we sent to you when you placed your order for the date that the preorder items are meant to arrive at our warehouse. All Preorders take a standard 2-3 weeks to reach our warehouse, upon which we will subsequently require 2-3 working days to pack the order and dispatch it to the post office. Please do not place the order if you are uncomfortable with the waiting time. You may refer to our Shipping page on how long it will take for the item to reach you.

If it is past the arrival date stated on your Order Confirmation email, do contact us about this and we will assist you, if not, do kindly wait until the date stated otherwise.
