How Can I Pay?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. Currently we only accept payments made via PayPal (credit/debit cards) and bank deposit (Internet banking transfer). Do also note that we currently do not accept payments made via ATM transfer or cash deposit payments.

We take fraud very seriously, and all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. 


What if I cannot make payment within the timeframe ? 

Please note that your orders will be cancelled automatically without prior warning if payment is not made within 24 hours. If payment is made after the order is cancelled, it will be refunded in store credits if the items are no longer available.


Why can't I locate the page to key in my payment details ?

Please contact our Customer Care Team if the page to key in the ibank transfer details cannot be located or Paypal does not work.


I cannot recall my Internet Banking initials.

We can only verify your payment via the Internet banking initials, hence, please call your local bank for assistance.

They will be able to retrieve your correct Internet banking initials when provided with your account details and the transaction reference number.

Why is my order cancelled ?

All orders would be automatically cancelled if the payment details are not directed to us within the stipulated time frame of 24 hours.


When will I be charged (Paypal users only) ?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and there will be no email confirmation from us.


My payment has been declined (Paypal users only)

Please check the following:

  • Ensure the information you have enter is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • Ensure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.
  • If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with as many details as you can about the issue including any error messages and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.


Will I be charged customs and import charges (International orders only) ?

Any customs, taxes or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
