Return or Exchange an Item
We love experimenting with jewelry, and we understand that you might occasionally change your mind.
If the item is not to your liking, you may return your unworn bracelets, necklaces or rings in their original packaging up to 14 days after the date of shipment to us at the cost borne by the customer, in which you will receive credits in return at our store to be spent strictly within a month. Subsequently, the credits you receive will require a minimum purchase of $20.00 for your next order with us and do not cover shipping charges. Please note that if you choose to mail your item back to us via normal post that you assume the risk that the package may get lost, and we accept no responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use registered postage to prevent such incidences from occurring.
If you do not declare your item defective within 14 days after the date of shipment, we reserve the right to refuse credits for items that are returned to us damaged, broken or incomplete. Do bubble wrap your items to ensure that such incidences do not happen.
Unfortunately, all items under 'Sale' and 'Custom' section or purchased with a promotional code will not be allowed for any returns or exchanges of credits. Do kindly give us 14 working days to process your returns and get back to you and note that weekends and public holidays are not working days.
Please contact us first here before sending your item back. Unfortunately, earrings may not be returned for hygiene purposes.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us here and quote your order number, details of the product, the reason for return, and pictures so that we can quickly verify your case. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us via store credits only. You have 14 days after the date of shipment to return it to us before we deem the item worn. Please note that items broken after being worn are not considered faulty items as the customer has already used them and we cannot account for how the product was handled.
